Day Seven - Lazy Sunday with Mommy
Today was a rather lazy Sunday.... all my Sundays have been rather lazy, but I shouldn't compare as this is actually my first Sunday. It was so cold and windy outside that Mommy let Bonnie stay inside all day long. She looked out for me and inspected nearly all my diapers. Sometimes while I was still wearing them!
Mommy and I cuddled most of the day, except when she needed to do some things and then Grandma W took over. Everytime Mommy held me she talked about you and how you held me constantly for the first few days after I was born. I really miss your big strong arms. I felt very safe and warm. Mommy misses them, too. I can't wait to snuggle next to you when you come home this summer.

i guess i should have just looked here first! wow...CONGRATULATIONS! i'm really happy for you and you look so happy too. so cool that kip was able to be there for sabine's birthday. it's such a great way to see how things are progressing with you, kip and sabine. i'm actually supposed to be writing a paper on japan's refugee policy (yahoo!!) but have gotten thoroughly distracted by kip's and your blogs. ok, just wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts...(by the way, sabine's and my birthday are only three days apart)...
